Menzili.tn is a real-estate listings portal covering all 24 governorates of Tunisia: buying, selling, long-term rental and short-term (holiday) rental. Individuals and professionals publish properties seen by thousands of visitors.

Yes. Creating an account and posting listings are entirely free, with no limit on the number of listings. No online payment is required.

French, Arabic, English and Italian. Every published listing is automatically translated into all four languages (title and description), to reach local buyers as well as the diaspora and foreign buyers.

Click « Sign up », enter your name, e-mail, phone and a password, then choose an « Individual » or « Professional » account (agency or developer).

A professional account (agency or developer) unlocks a public showcase page, the « Agency » label on your listing cards and — for developers — the ability to post new-build developments.

On the sign-in page, click « Forgot password », enter your e-mail and follow the reset link sent to you.

No, it is not required: you can post your listings as soon as you create your account. Verifying your e-mail is still recommended as it strengthens your account's security.

Sign in, click « Post a listing » and follow the 4-step form: property type, location, price and features, then photos. The listing is then reviewed before going live.

Every listing is checked by our team before publication to ensure quality and remove non-compliant content. It usually takes a few hours; once approved, the listing automatically becomes « Online ».

Up to 15 photos (JPG, PNG or WebP, 5 MB max each). They are automatically compressed in your browser before upload: faster upload with identical display quality.

As many as you like: there is no limit on the number of listings per account.

Under « My listings », each listing has Edit (it then returns to review) and Mark as sold/rented actions. A sold/rented listing leaves the search results but its page stays accessible; you can put it back online anytime.

All prices are in Tunisian dinars (TND).

Use the filters (transaction, property type, governorate, price, number of rooms…) or browse by city and delegation. Results update instantly.

From the property page you can call them, message them on WhatsApp, or send a message through the form. The advertiser's e-mail address is never shown publicly.

Click the heart ♥ on any listing. You then find all your favourites via the heart ♥ icon at the top of the site.

Save a search to receive matching new listings by e-mail. Activation uses a double confirmation (a link is sent to your e-mail).

It is per-night rental, for holidays or short stays. These listings show a nightly price, a guest capacity and the available amenities (wifi, air conditioning, pool…).

Contact the advertiser directly from the listing (call, WhatsApp or message). Booking and payment happen between you and the advertiser; Menzili connects you but does not take part in the transaction.

Create a professional account (agency or developer). Your public showcase page — available in French, Arabic, English and Italian — becomes accessible and indexable as soon as at least one listing or development is published.

Reserved for developer accounts, a new-build development showcases a new real-estate project (residence, subdivision…) with its visuals, description and features.

The « Featured » highlight is granted manually by the Menzili team: it is free and limited to 3 listings per category. Contact us to request it.
